Your business requires an overall assessment involving a deep dive into how your business currently runs and your part in it. Looking at the business accounting, budgets (or lack thereof), tax returns, organizational documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), etc. Initial assessments start at $2500 and allow us to determine the services, time and commitment necessary to achieve your goals. It is after this assessment, that we will propose a monthly or quarterly flat fee that will incorporate reviewing monthly financial statements from your recordkeeping system.
Should this be an area of concern, we will help you determine what needs to be done internally to correct your accounting system or refer you to a competent bookkeeping service.
We will be transparent with our fees that will be agreed with you and confirmed in an engagement letter usually at a one year minimum with annual renewals.
