Report of Recommendations
After the planning and assessment is completed, the Report of Recommendations serves as a concise summary of the data collected during the assessment, highlighting areas of concern and opportunities for improvement. This internal-use document acts as the foundation for developing a strategic practice plan, with prioritized goals and target dates for implementation. Critical issues are addressed first, while less urgent matters are scheduled for later, alongside cyclical tasks like tax planning and budgeting. Once the report is presented, the advisor and practice owner will determine the level of involvement for implementation and will establish meeting dates and reporting frequencies. Following at least one additional planning meeting, CBAS will issue an engagement letter outlining the agreed-upon services and fees. From there, regular meetings ensure ongoing progress, as the practice owner commits time and resources to improving their business operations and achieving sustainable growth.
